Naruto OC - Roatsu Koku

All that time doing nothing wasnt wasted....I kept me thinking a lot about a bunch...and one of these thing Ive been thinking...is Toppah ( my Naruto OC created for a contest ) ..Ive crated him and never used it again...well..I still think he has a good cloth design..and a awesome weapon....so ..why not use him for a Naruto fan manga...yeah...right now...well...not RIGHT NOW...but...Im creating my own ninjas and a whole story based on Narutos universe...this ..is more one of the Characters...

Roatsu Koku is the greatest ninja of the Roatsu clan...a clan of Hen Riders...and hes on his way to become the leader of the clan...besides..for acquiring this title...he must be a ninja teacher helping new ninjas on their missions....

he dominates the wood and air elements...an hes known as the Black Rider
